The Fourth Wreck Diving Festival 2013

We had a great pleasure to participate in this year edition of the Wreck Diving Festival, for the fourth time organized in the city of Lodz.

The main attraction of the event were interesting presentations and workshops led by reputed divers, experts in wreck diving.

As usual, a great enthusiasm was evoked by the presentation made by Leigh Bishop, legendary British wreck diver, who shared his diving experiences on sailing boats, liners with his passionate and amusing way of speaking, and some amazing photographs presented.
With a big applause the listeners awarded the discourse of Tomek Stachura, who spoke about the international expedition to the wreck of Mars and his own role in the photographing of this recently found Swedish warship from XVI century, that in its time was the biggest on Baltic Sea.

Interesting were also talks of some other foreign guests: German technical diver Mario Weidner and Croatian diver, author of many books Danijel Frk. At the same time as the presentations were held, wreck diving fans could participate in workshops to expand their knowledge on: how to find their first wreck, how to take photographs or make videos of those amazing underwater objects, and how to dive safely while wreck diving, diving in side-mount, and divining with rebreathers CCR.

JML Diving crew was also there with our stand, where we presented the rules of safe diving with Molecular Products absorbents, especially with soda lime Sofnolime.

We would like to thank to all of the participants for visiting us during the festival, the organizers for an excellent coordination of this important diving event and invite you all to follow our Facebook profile.
